Bridal Veil Falls

Went to REI and got new shoes for our first hike in The Gorge. Bridal Veil Falls is 0.7 miles roundtrip, 200 feet elevation gain, and ended with at a beautiful waterfall.

(as adults most of these flowers are weeds)

Kendall realizing that there are flying things above her!

Look at those baby blues!

Kendall continuing to focus on the flying things around her!

Note to mothers:

If you see a giant Daddy-Long-Legs Spider in the girls bathroom, do not call your daughters into the bathroom for a nature lesson. Your ears will bleed from the high pitch screaming to follow!

New Princess Bikes

Thanks to Gramie and Grandpa Fred the girls now have their first new bikes!
It has taken a few rides to get it down; braking, etc., but now they are riding machines.

Meltdown. Learning how to ride bikes is hard work right ladies?

Video to come soon!

Playdate with Tyler

Our friend Tyler and his Mommy Jessica came over today to play! We had a great time running, chasing, screaming, jumping, eating, and pretend sleeping. (we were pooped after a while) We can't wait to go to his house and have another playdate soon!

Congrats!

Uncle Kris and Bri are getting married...

Happy Easter

Waiting for the cupcakes to be done!

Getting ready for the eggs!

Three Musketeers

The finished product. Happy Easter everyone!

"Lady Gaga"

Kendall with her bags packed full of goodies!

Here is a picture of Sydney being caught going through Gramie's purse. When questioned her reply was, "but need some cash money"

Sydney's "lady Gaga" hair-do

What a goofy girl!

Kendall accessorizing with Gramie's airplane pillow

The other night, Sydney came to Gramie with a fist full of hair ties and told her she wanted them all in her hair. So that is exactly what happened. She got all of them put in her hair. When she called me up to see it, she was jumping on the bed watching her own reflection in the mirror. When asked what she was doing, she proceeded to tell me she was" lady Gaga" I think we have a pop star in the making!

Bunny Ears

For Easter the girls not only got to bake cupcakes, but they got to decorate them too...complete with marshmallow bunny ears and all. Sam and Dwayne were over as well, so Sam got to join in the fun too! They all had a blast, as soon to follow was the egg coloring.

Sydney describing her "scary bunny" she is going to make...

But Uncle Kris beat her to the punch!

"hmmm...what kind of bunyt do I want to make?"

"There...this turned out real nice!"

"Whoa...this whole decorating thing is too much for me!"

"Ok...on second thought, this is pretty cool"

"just a little more red on top perhaps"

"nope...purple is definitely the way to go for me!"

"Well, I like both purple and red"

"screw this whole bunny ear thing...hey wait?"

"are these edible?....YUMMY"
