Today the girls had their second lesson with Mr. Ray.  They earned their White Belts and their very first trophy.  The wood they broke was signed and will be used as their first trophy to signify their strength and perseverance.  It was a good day!

Bend

The girls, my Mom, and I headed to Bend for the weekend. Had a short and sweet visit. Had fun at the pool, saw Daddy and Luke after their mountain biking, and went to Lion King in 3D! We love Bend...and got to see the sun again!

Masters

Girls had their 1st Kung Fu session today. Mr. Ray taught them about respect, self discipline, and self defense. He asked me if I was sure they had not done it before. ;). Well on their way to black belts! Last pic is Kendall in the driveway when we got home. This was of course after she told me when we were leaving "but Mom! I am not tired!" School and Kung Fu in one day can be pretty exhausting...next class on Monday!
