Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

** NEW VIDEOS BELOW**

Here are some pictures of Christmas morning. The girls were a little hesitant at first, handing me a 1 inch by 1 inch piece of wrapping paper, but eventually they got the hang of it, and dug right in. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful gifts. They love all of them! I asked Sydney today if she knew who was coming to house today (the correct answer being Uncle Kris) and she answered simply, "Santa" so he must have made a good impression. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Cookies for Santa

Papa and Nana sent the girls a cookie basket for Santa! Complete with their own aprons and Santa plate. We had a blast making them this morning...thanks Papa and Nana!
*New Videos of the fun are below*

A Day at the Park

It is a winter wonderland here is Seattle and the rest of Washington. So, what better way to enjoy all the snow than to go to the beach and the park...sledding! The girls did great and we had a fun afternoon at the park.

Frosty the Snowman

It is freezing here in Seattle, and that means that all the rain we get has finally turned into snow! We took the girls out in the yard to have some fun in there new pink snowsuits. Of course we had to make Frosty, and as pathetic as he turned out, we still had a good time out in the cold.

Santa Claus is Comin' to Town

Kendall and Sydney went to see Santa...and it was interesting. They were a little apprehensive at first and then I thought they were going to go for it. Santa of course, brought out some books they love (Clifford and Rudolph) and I was sure that was the ticket to getting them sit down. As soon as we made the move though, they weren't having it. So...what does Santa do...
He gave up his seat for the little ladies. They were perfectly content sitting on his chair reading his books, so we took advantage of the close proximity and began shooting. Ended up getting some pretty good shots. All in all, it was a good second visit with Santa. The official photo will be in the mail with our cards. Thanks Santa for the seat!

Circle of Life

Here is Kendall holding my teddy bear from when I was little. It is as old as I am and I have vivid memories of sprinkling baby powder all over it one day! Still smells good though. LOL...

The Kendall and Sydney Parade

The girls got all dressed up to see Santa and we took a stroll in the mall too! It was their very own Kendall and Sydney parade. Like little stars, everyone whooing and ahhing at them. They were oblivious to it, and so stinkin' cute.
