Happy Halloween

Jessie and Pocahontas
So this year we once again made the annual pilgrimage to Portland for Halloween 2009!
We stayed with our awesome friends Matt, Jessica, and Tyler, who were gracious enough to let us pretty much take over their beautiful new house for the weekend. Jessica unfortunately had full night shift both nights we were there (been there...done that) so we didn't see her as much as we would have liked, but we got plenty of good time in with Matt and Tyler. We all went Trick or Treating with them in there neighborhood and it turned into a great success! Ella, their old neighbor from Gordy Place, came over too, so in total we had: one Tiger, one Lion, one Cowgirl, and one Indian. They were all too cute. Can't wait to go back and see everyone again.
ps. I got dresses up too thanks to Natalie. She supplied me with a complete dark angel outfit. Hopefully I will get a picture and post it too! Headed out later to a party with her and another good friend Annie. We had a good time, except for th surprise I was in for when we got back to Jessica's at 1:30 am. That's right...Brandon was in charge for the night and the girls were still AWAKE!!! At 1:30 am! Uncle Kris is also guilty as far as I am concerned...he hung out the whole night with them. His defense..."I was going to put them to bed as soon as they started to fuss and whine, but they never did, so WE (case in point Uncle Kris) decided to let them stay up for Halloween." I am sure the girls loved it and I have never seen them fall asleep so fast in their lives...we are talking seconds! Literally...:)

The kiddos!

Ready to head out

Buckets full of candy and a picture at the last house of the night. It was by far the best one of all, complete with a real witch answering the door...the girls loved it!
