Back Home in Seattle

Well, school is over for the summer and on Monday my Mom, the girls, and I all made our way back home to Seattle. The drive was nice and the girls were great. Not one peep the whole trip (they must be used to it or something!) So, we are slowly unpacking all our stuff and although the house looks like a disaster, it is really good to be back home. As I anticipated, the first night back was a little rough and the girls were up every few hours or so. Last night was considerably better so I am just looking forward to it becoming a trend. Brandon and I took the girls down to the Lake Washington on Tuesday. It was pretty nice out...not too hot or too cool. We made a little spot right by the water. Sydney fell asleep on the walk there, and then eventually woke. We played by the water, read some books, and rolled in the grass. It was nice to be together and get outside! We are taking a trip to Ohio this weekend and we are actually leaving on Fathers Day (red-eye) We are looking forward to seeing all the family and the girls are anxious to have some more fun outdoors! See you all soon...

Mom: "It's yucky...No no"
As you can see she really listens!
