Some of you may know this already, but Brandon and I are running the Vancouver, BC, half-marathon this coming May. In preparation and training, we obviously have been doing quite a bit of running. So...today, the girls came upstairs as shown above and announced to Grandma Kendall, "goodbye...we are going on a run!" She couldn't resist the Kodak moment!

Awesome. Do they have a kids run? Some races do a really short kids one ... my niece used to do them when her mom did races. K&S would rock it! So, when is moving day?
