Sydney and Kendall both decided that they didn't want to use the jogging stroller yesterday for our run, so we thought it was a great idea...and the girls actually ran with us. The first Chrisopulos family jog! We had a great time. The girls did amazing and actually ran close to a mile round trip. When we got back to the house, Kendall showed us all her fancy stretch moves, which were hilarious. Apparently the jog was not enough for them because then they hopped on their bikes. My little Duathletes! Make us so proud!

Very cute! They will give Evan a run for his money. He's not so big on the actual running, but like Kendall, big on the stretching.
